Blue River Flats is a newly planned condo complex on Blue River Parkway, right in the heart of Silverthorne along the banks of the Blue River. On October 12, 2016, the Silverthorne Town Council approved the final site plan for Blue River Flats. The project involves combining three existing parcels to construct five buildings, which will each be three stories in height. The Blue River Flats complex will eventually be comprised of 46 total condominium units. The project will also include almost 13,000 square feet of open space for Blue River Flats residents to enjoy.

Within Blue River Flats, the first ten condos to be constructed and offered for sale will be in Building 2, which is located in the corner of the complex. The Town of Silverthorne issued a building permit on November 16, 2017, thereby allowing construction to commence for Building 2. Each of the ten condos in Building 2 of Blue River Flats will include 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and ownership of an attached or detached garage. The interior size for each of the Blue River Flats condos in Building 2 will be between 1083 and 1105 square feet. Interior finishes in Blue River Flats will consist of modern, natural mountain looks. The design team is planning interiors that will feature a mix of light oak hardwoods, natural stonework and other thoughtfully-considered, high-quality finishes.
