Fourth Street Crossing
Elevate Rowhomes
Silverthorne Real Estate
For many years, the Silverthorne community has endeavored to build a lively, energetic downtown district. As discussed in the Silverthorne Comprehensive Plan, community leaders and local residents have enthusiastically endorsed creating a commercial destination in Silverthorne, which is compact and walkable but also provides for mixed uses by fostering new businesses and housing. After years of planning, the 4th Street Crossing project is now under construction, and Elevate Rowhomes will be located right in the heart of the town of Silverthorne as part of 4th Street Crossing. More specifically, 4th Street Crossing and Elevate Rowhomes are located in Silverthorne between Third and Fourth Streets, directly adjacent to Blue River Parkway. The much-anticipated 4th Street Crossing development is intended to become the new "Main Street" in Silverthorne. As part of the 4th Street Crossing project, all of the newly constructed Elevate Rowhomes will be just a short walk from the Lake Dillon Theatre, the Silverthorne Pavilion, the Blue River and all of the outdoor, retail and dining experiences that Silverthorne has to offer.

More Townhome Information
The project plan for 4th Street Crossing features thirty-three Elevate Rowhomes, a four-story hotel with 115 rooms and a public parking facility. Additionally, there will be two mixed-use buildings, with retail shops and the Skywalk Flats condos above. A centerpiece of the site plan for 4th Street Crossing and Elevate Rowhomes will be a "Market Hall" that is 26,500 square feet in size. Market Hall will incorporate some elements of the historic Old Dillon Inn as a speakeasy bar; but, there will also be a number of event, market, restaurant and vendor spaces. Market Hall is expected to become the new home for nine food-oriented businesses. Eating options for dining within Market Hall will soon include brunch, burgers, Mexican food, pizza, poke, a crepe stall as well as a soup, salad & sandwich shop. As part of the site plan, the Mint restaurant is expected to remain, and there also will be ice cream and coffee establishments. The site plan for 4th Street Crossing and Elevate Rowhomes also calls for the inclusion of a central bar, and the builders would like to potentially add a wine bar as well.
The Elevate Rowhomes community will eventually be comprised of eight buildings within Fourth Street Crossing. All of the Elevate Rowhomes will be located in the corner of the project bordered by West 3rd Street and Adams Avenue. The initial offering within Elevate Rowhomes will be for 12 townhomes. And, the first round of townhomes in Elevate Rowhomes will all either be two or three bedrooms (with flex room) in size. Eventually, Elevate Rowhomes will be comprised of 33 total townhomes. Each individual townhome will feature an open floorplan with mountain-modern interior concepts, like knotty pine cabinetry and natural stone fireplaces. Amongst a number of highlights, many of the Elevate Rowhomes will also include multi-level interiors with gas fireplaces and panoramic views. As part of these 4-story townhomes, the top level will be a private rooftop deck, where a hot tub could potentially be added to soak in the amazing views. Appliances with each of the Elevate Rowhomes include a dishwasher, disposal, microwave oven, electric range, refrigerator and a washer & dryer. Each townhome will also have a two-car garage with ample storage space for all of your mountain gear. Four unique floorplans will be available in Elevate Rowhomes: Crest, Horizon, Ridgeline and Vista. The eventual governing documents for Elevate Rowhomes will permit townhome owners to conduct either long-term rentals or short-term rentals.
