Fourth Street Crossing
Skywalk Flats
Silverthorne Real Estate

For decades now, the Silverthorne community has desired to establish a vibrant downtown.  As discussed in the Silverthorne Comprehensive Plan, residents and community leaders have widely supported the idea of creating a commercial destination in Silverthorne, which is walkable, compact, includes mixed uses, and fosters a variety of businesses. The 4th Street Crossing development is the culmination of years of planning, and Skywalk Flats condos will be located right in the heart of the town of Silverthorne as part of 4th Street Crossing.  More specifically, 4th Street Crossing and Skywalk Flats are located between Third and Fourth Streets, directly adjacent to Blue River Parkway in Silverthorne.  The long-awaited 4th Street Crossing project is intended to become the new "Main Street" for the town of Silverthorne.  As part of 4th Street Crossing, all of the newly constructed Skywalk Flats condos will be just a short walk from the Lake Dillon Theatre, the Silverthorne Pavilion, the Blue River and all of the outdoor, retail and dining experiences that Silverthorne has to offer.

More Condo Information

The site plan for 4th Street Crossing includes two mixed-use buildings, with retail shops and Skywalk Flats condos above.  The site plan also provides for thirty-three Elevate Rowhomes, a Hotel Indigo and a parking structure.  A centerpiece of 4th Street Crossing and Skywalk Flats will be the Market Hall that will house nine food establishments.  Options for dining may soon include brunch, poke, burgers, Mexican food, pizza, a crepe stall, and a soup, salad and sandwich shop. There also will be coffee and ice cream vendors.  The site plan for 4th Street Crossing and Skywalk Flats includes a central bar, and the Old Dillon Inn will be preserved as a speakeasy-type bar.  The developers would like to potentially add a wine bar as well.

The Skywalk Flats complex is broken down into an East Building and a West Building.  Both the East Flats and West Flats buildings will be located along the Fourth Street end of the project.  The initial offering within the Skywalk Flats condo community is comprised of 8 condos.  And, the first round of condos in Skywalk Flats will all either be two or three bedrooms in size.  Eventually, Skywalk Flats will be comprised of 24 total condos with elevator access and a Community Skydeck.  Each Skywalk Flats condo will feature an open floorplan with mountain-modern interior concepts, like knotty pine cabinetry and natural stone fireplaces.  Amongst a number of highlights, many of the Skywalk Flats condos will also include private decks, gas fireplaces and panoramic views.  Appliances include a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, electric range, refrigerator and a washer & dryer.  Each condo unit will have two dedicated parking spaces and access to a roomy, private storage unit.  Third Floor condos in Skywalk Flats will all have vaulted ceilings.  The eventual governing documents for Skywalk Flats Condos will permit owners to conduct either long-term rentals or short-term rentals.  For more information on conducting a short-term rental of a condo in Silverthorne, please check out this blog post discussing the passage of the Silverthorne Short-Term Rental Ordinance.

Skywalk Flats Homeowners' association dues include:
