Within the Spyglass Townhomes community, each unit fits into one of roughly two different floor plans:

The Spyglass Townhomes homeowners' association has a reputation for sound management as well as keeping monthly dues as low as possible. Each of the Spyglass Townhomes also have hookups for washers and dryers within the unit interior.
