Home Values Rise for First Time in Five Years
In a July 24 article, CNN Money reported that home values across the nation rose to a median $149,300 during the second quarter of 2012, which represents the first annual increase since 2007. The article also noted that second quarter home prices were up 2.1% from the first quarter of 2012.
