Summit Residences is a new development located on West Anemone Trail close to the Dillon Dam Brewery. The town of Dillon is located on the shores of the Dillon Reservoir, about 70 miles west of Denver at an elevation of 9,111 feet. Situated in the heart of Summit County, Dillon has one of the highest marinas in North America and is home to a fantastic Amphitheater that hosts a variety of concerts and events. As part of the Dillon area, the Summit Residences subdivision is just steps away from all of the outdoor, retail and dining experiences that the town has to offer.

The Summit Residences community will be comprised of 18 condos in one three-story building that is approximately 25,000 square feet in total size. The Summit Residences complex will also include an amenities deck, which will provide fantastic views of the surrounding mountains as well as potentially lounge areas, fire pits and a common hot tub. The Summit Residences complex will be built above a parking garage that will provide covered parking to all condo owners.

The interior finishes in Summit Residences feature terrific touches that are part of the developer's overall mountain-modern design vision. Those standard interior finishes are provided in two different themes: "Alpenview" and "Lakeside". Interior finish selections will include hardwood fireplaces, stone fireplaces, and quartz counter tops. Standard appliance packages in each of the Summit Residences condos include an electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave/hood. Potentially available appliance upgrades will include a microwave drawer, chimney style vent hood and double oven with gas cooktop. All Summit Residences condos will also have a private storage room on the same floor that is approximately 153 square feet in size. Owners in Summit Residences will be permitted to bring pets, and a dog wash has been incorporated into the development plans.

Some condos in the Summit Residences will contain a studio lockoff unit to make it easy to host family, friends or renters. It is presently expected that the first condos in the Summit Residences community will be completed in the Fall of 2020.

As part of the Summit Residences project, the developer is also planning to build a one-story, mixed-use urgent care and imaging medical facility that is 5,000 square foot. The facility aims to provide affordable, extended-hours medical care alternatives to Dillon and the surrounding areas. And, this new building will also include three deed-restricted housing units for medical facility employees.
