Uptown 240 is a new development located on Main Street in the heart of the town of Dillon in Summit County. The town of Dillon is located on the shores of the Dillon Reservoir, about 70 miles west of Denver at an elevation of 9,111 feet. Situated in the heart of Summit County, Dillon has one of the highest marinas in North America and is home to a fantastic Amphitheater that hosts a variety of concerts and events. As part of the Dillon area, the Uptown 240 subdivision is just steps away from all of the outdoor, retail and dining experiences that the town has to offer.

The Uptown 240 community will be comprised of 80 condos in one building, which is six stories tall and located on roughly a 1.2 acre parcel.  In addition, as a replacement for the family dining that Adriano's once provided on the lot, Uptown 240 will include a new 5000 square foot restaurant.

The Uptown 240 complex will also include a 6000 square foot amenities deck, called the Overlook, which will provide fantastic views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains as well as fire pits, grills, hot tubs, lounge chairs, and a yoga area.  Adjacent to the Overlook will be a community alcove called the Nest for small gatherings of Uptown 240 residents.  Finally, the Uptown 240 complex will also contain a 2500 square foot athletic center with state of the art exercise equipment and amazing lake views.

The interior finishes in Uptown 240 feature delightful touches, which are part of the developer's overall mountain-modern design vision.  Those standard interior finishes are provided in two different themes: a lighter scheme, entitled "Daybreak" and a darker scheme, called "Dusk".  Standard appliances within each of the Uptown 240 condos will include a gas or electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave/hood and a gas or electric fireplace.  The developer does plan to provide upgrade options at an additional cost to potential buyers.  Each of the individual Uptown 240 fits into one of roughly 4 different floor plans:

As part of the Uptown 240 community, the developer plans to offer nine condos as affordable workforce housing for permanent Summit County residents who work at least 30 hours a week locally.  In order to buy a local affordable workforce housing unit, the developer and the County usually impose median income restrictions and/or appreciation caps.  However, for the nine affordable housing units in Uptown 240, no such restrictions or caps will exist.

The development team first broke ground on the construction of Uptown 240 in the summer of 2019.  However, as the COVID-19 pandemic started, the Uptown 240 project lost its investment funding in April 2020.  Thereafter, construction of Uptown 240 stopped.  And, more than a year later, no significant construction activity has recommenced at Uptown 240.  Here is a collection of recent local news items and Town of Dillon documents regarding Uptown 240:
